This family was visiting Laguna Beach for a vacation weekend! They are also expecting a new baby girl in their family, so what better reason to take family portraits? I was worried before this session because it was cloudy with a chance of rain – not what you want when visiting the beach. Luckily, this family is from Seattle, so they don’t worry about a few clouds! Laguna Beach never disappoints, even when cloudy it is so beautiful. Isn’t this a beautiful family? Their baby girl was just a joy to photograph.
I can’t believe it, but this is the fifth year I have taken fall portraits for the M Family! I am so honored to have families come back to me year after year, and I love seeing the kids grow. This is the first time I have photographed this location, and I loved exploring with them. We covered some distance, the kids were troopers. We also got to take the same shot of the kids from above that we have done since they became a family of 5!
Once again, here is my most photographed family! I started photographing them when their oldest was just a baby, and I’ve photographed birthdays, maternity, baby showers, fresh 48,and family sessions each year, wow! It’s amazing to see them each year and see how they have grown!
It was great to see this family again! I photographed their little man’s first birthday cake smash, so it was fun to see how much he has grown. He was so shy at the beginning of our session, but as soon as he saw himself on the back of my camera the smiles came out! Like many of the babies this fall, he loved splashing in the water.
