I met this family through the photography forum Clickin Moms. This forum has many wonderful things going on but one of my favorites are the PIF’s. Throughout the year members pay it forward in a wide variety of ways. In the past, I took up a member’s offer to help me out with some blog issues I was having (oh yeah, the member was in the Czech Republic, how cool is that?). In return, I purchased a roll of pink backdrop paper and sent it to a mom in Las Vegas who just had her baby girl. Clickin Moms is just an amazing place! This year I was beyond lucky, I won a PIF to have a family minisession with the amazing Bre Thurston. In return, I offered up a family session of my own and the Ortiz family was the recipient! I had a great time with them at the pier in Oceanside. As a weekend beach day, it was packed, but we made it work.  The pier has some very cool spots, including a stage, that we took advantage of. Their little boy Enzo is just adorable and was a natural in front of my camera!
